As I balance my allergy medicine and coffee intake I do my best to get through this weeks show but struggle a bit. Unfortunately some very sad news as an elevator mechanic is struck by an elevator and killed in Florida.  It seems that there are multiple accidents in the news which involve kids and adults. In addition to these stories you’ll get to hear me rant a bit on a Illinois Senate Bill extending the time that elevators are required to comply with code. Our legislators are under the impression this extension has the full support of the Illinois elevator community, which is not true.
