Elevator Radio Show 432 - Week 06/29/16

I had a great time at the Elevator U Conference in Quincy, IL last week. The speakers were great, so was the HW Tour but most of all I enjoyed talking with so many people who manage elevators on their college and university settings. You have some significant challenges trying to do more with a smaller budget. The third day was the most beneficial for many of them as a wide open discussion about issues each was facing and how they handled it was covered which is one of the things that makes this event a success. With two weeks on the road I’m ready for a three day weekend which I hope all of you living in the United States get a chance to enjoy.  This is the last week of the month which means it’s our prize pack giveaway show. Stay tuned to the end and see if you win. Remember to become eligible simply sign up for our email list on our website or like us on Facebook and you could win a $100 gift card and some other awesome goodies donated by the companies listed below.

This week’s show is dedicated to the closing of the Elevator Museum in NY. Pat Carr, our industries historian created the museum in hopes that support from the elevator industry would be enough to sustain it in preserving our industries history. I give him credit for investing so much time and effort and was proud to have helped him as much as I was able to.  Thank you for your efforts Pat and time and money in doing so.
