It doesn’t get much worse than this. Over the weekend a 2 year old fell down an elevator shaft at a hotel in Joliet, IL. While there are many questions that have been raised it all comes to down to safety for everyone who’s involved to try to prevent this kind of thing from happening in the future. I’ll have more to chat on this during the show and plan on writing a post on it.  Without having all the information on the accident it’s difficult to speculate on what could have been done to prevent it from happening. I’m sure that had the number one preventive measure would have been to have watched the child. I promise to share more on this accident as I learn more.
