While the terrible tornados pretty much took main stage in the news, and for good reason, it was a much lighter news week as it related to vertical transportation. While the big news article was the accident in New York, there were no other major accidents to report on. I wish all the shows were along these same lines. It’s our last show of the month and our prize pack giveaway show which means we’ll be giving away $100 to one of you lucky listeners. I appreciate those of you out there providing support in the way of e-mails. I will realize that there are many of you out there that truly love our industry and care about the direction that we need to see it head. While there are no easy answers to the challenges we face, we each have to take a stance one issue at a time to ensure that we’re moving it in the right direction. It’s like climbing a mountain, one step at a time.

As we head into Memorial Day, go buy a Flag if you don’t have one and fly it proudly. Remember family, friends and those who have fallen in defending our freedom. In my book they are all heroes.

Special thanks to the companies who have donated goodies to the prize pack giveaway!
